Please allow 10 days (USA) for your order to arrive. It's often much faster ( 3-4 days ) International order shipping obviously takes longer.

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a return number and to send your tools to our returns centre. First please try the tools for 45 days, then if you aren't delighted. We'll get you a refund in a snap!

Most people "take to the tools" almost instantly, with a few therapists it takes some deliberate making yourself use them for a bit, before it feels natural. Be patient with yourself. In 10 years I have only had 2 people return their Tools!

For obvious reasons there can be no refund on copyrighted intellectual property (courses). You will be assured of the tremendous quality of these courses by watching the video samplings from the course, before you buy.

Clean most Tools with the same disinfectant you use on your table, and run them through your dishwasher occasionally.
